stayed at doubletree by hilton for 2 nights and it was a great choice. the staff was incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a smile, making our experience even better. the location was perfect, just a short distance from jaguars stadium, which was a huge plus. we also loved the outdoor pool and the 24-hour fitness center!

It was just a good match for a weekend adventure in Jacksonville with very good value for money. The valet service was attentive, helping us unload our bags right at the entrance. Be prepared to pay for parking. it can add up quickly.

Couple retreat could use some polishing

The fluffy king-sized bed was a blissful oasis after a long day, and we truly enjoyed the picturesque view of the river – perfect for a romantic setting. Plus, the staff was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and making us feel important.

It wasn’t extravagant by any means, but still acceptable given the experience.

I found the sink kept pooling water and the wallpaper was peeling. There were issues with room decor being outdated, which fell short for a chain expecting higher standards, and I lacked a fridge or microwave in my King Room.

I stayed for 1 night to explore the nearby attractions like the Friendship Fountain and Treaty Oak Park. The riverfront view from my room was beautiful, and it was lovely to have easy access to the riverwalk. The clean pool area was a nice touch as well. Unfortunately, the carpets in the hallway and room needed attention, which was disappointing.
